Established in 2020, LEH PAK is a HALAL-certified gem nestled within Seremban’s historic old town. Housed in a 103-year-old building, our restaurant is a celebration of diverse culinary offerings. From classic Malaysian dishes to renowned Western cuisine, we offer a wide variety of high-quality meals at affordable prices.
CHEF GOPI
We eat to live; we live to eat. I have a deep and serious passion for food. Like most people, I love to eat but more importantly, I love to cook, talk about, look at and study food. As a chef I started my journey in the kitchen in 1999 at Bangsar in a restaurant calledLa Bodega. It was just a job at that moment till it became my passion and started to love every second of my life cooking. I became a Tapas Chef. Cooking is pure joy and fun for me. I cook as a way to ground myself, to think clearly and to relax for a change. I enjoy researching ingredients, what pairs best and compliments each other. I started to do pairing between food with some beverages. As I grew, I started to study other regional food from Europe. It become more interesting went the West meets the East, Fusion. Being creative became the next step in my life. I became an accomplished chef in Klang Valley.
With 25 years of experience in this culinary world, I’ve created many Chefs. I’ve consulted and opened many new restaurants in Klang Valley.
